How do I get my files?
After payment you are taken to a download page and also receive an email with the link. Downloads are instant.
What formats are the products?
Worksheets, planners and puzzles are print-ready PDFs (US Letter; planners also include A4). Spreadsheet templates are .xlsx files that open in Google Sheets and Excel. Browser apps are single HTML files that open in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Can I print a worksheet more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own children or your own single classroom.
Can I use the products with more than one classroom or a whole school?
The standard licence covers one teacher or one household. For school-wide or multi-classroom use please email us; we’re happy to arrange something.
Are the answer keys included?
Yes, every worksheet and assessment pack includes a matching answer key.
Do the browser apps and spreadsheets need an account or subscription?
No. There is no subscription. Google Sheets needs a free Google account; Excel works offline.
Where is my data stored in the browser apps?
On your own device, in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Use the export feature to back up your data.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, we can’t take files back, but if something is wrong we will fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the wallets offered at checkout by our payment provider. Payments are processed securely by the provider; we never see your card details.
Do you charge VAT / sales tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
