Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so we can't take them back after download. We do want you to be happy with what you buy.

We will fix or refund if

  • a file is missing, corrupted or won't open;
  • the product is materially different from its description;
  • you were charged twice for the same product.

Email hello@desklarkshop.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the problem. We normally reply within two working days and will either replace the file or refund the purchase.

Change of mind

Because you receive the files immediately, refunds for a change of mind are not offered once the download has started. For customers in the EU/EEA and the UK, by completing the purchase you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty.
